Greatbet Banking
We advise customers set deposit limits on their account upon opening.
You may only deposit funds into your betting account from a payment source where you are a named account holder and you confirm that any payment information you submit to us is correct, and that you are an authorised signatory of the bank account.
Deposit limits can be set on a RAB account at any time. The minimum amounts that can be set are £10 Daily, £20 Weekly and £50 Monthly. Any request to increase a deposit limit will take 24 hours to be applied.
DEPOSIT LIMITS ARE NET:
If you withdraw more than your pre-set limit, you will be able to deposit again, up to your limit, within the time period. For example, a monthly limit is set to £200. You deposit £200 during the month, win £300 and withdraw all £300. You are still able to deposit another £300 within the month.
Daily limits start at the beginning of each trading day and end at 23.59 the same day.
Weekly limits start on Mondays and end at 23:59 on Sundays. Please note, our weekly
deposit limits are not 7-day rolling.
Monthly limits start on the 1 st of each month and end on the last day of the same month.

Making a Deposit
Log in with your account ID and password.
Select the bank and the amount you wish to deposit.
You will be redirected to your bank, via a QR code, or you can continue in your browser, to authorise the payment.
Please follow the on-screen instructions to compete your payment. Once completed, your balance will automatically be updated.
The minimum deposit is £10 and the maximum number of deposits per day is 10.
If you have reached any set deposit limit, you will not be able to deposit any further funds into your account. Pop-up messages inform you of the deposit amount remaining on the account.
Please do not send any payments to us by bank transfer as these will not be added to your account – all deposits and withdrawals must be processed through the above link.
Withdrawing your Funds
You will be asked to add a bank account the first time you withdraw.
The maximum number of withdrawals is 3 per day and the minimum withdrawal amount is £10 per transaction.
When a withdrawal has been requested, funds are immediately removed from your Greatbet account.
Withdrawals are usually processed the same day or the following morning, depending on the time of the withdrawal request. Any withdrawal request made after 4pm on Friday will be in customer’s bank accounts by 10am on Monday. On Bank Holiday weekends, funds will be received Tuesday morning.
